As an insurance restoration contractor, my sales process included asking my potential clients about their past claims. I would ask, "How did you feel about that experience?" and the customer would share their thoughts: some good, some bad.

 

I once asked this question of a sitting District Attorney while standing around his kitchen island. He told me a story of a past claim and said, "I felt all alone." This customer was a highly trained lawyer, and even he felt helpless! If a lawyer felt like he had nowhere to turn for help, how does the average homeowner or business owner like you feel?

 

I launched Bravura Claims Negotiations to help the helpless. To use my experience in construction and my familiarity with insurance policies to fight for you.
